Do you offer international shipping?
No, we ship only to the Continental US at this time. Feel free to contact us for special circumstances and we may be able to accommodate you.
How can I reduce my shipping costs?
We strive to keep shipping costs low while maintaining secure packing so that orders arrive safely. Since our shipping charges are estimated, sometimes overages occur. Rest assured, we will promptly refund any excess shipping charges to the card you used for payment.
What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?
All packages are insured. If an item has been damaged in transit, please contact us with your order details and an accompanying photo of the damaged item. The carrier must be contacted and a claim submitted by the buyer.
Will you send it today?
PLOUGH endeavors to dispatch within 1 working day Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays from the date you placed the order. (There are only two of us!) So your parcel might not ship until Friday of the week your order is received. Occasionally items do get delayed such as during holidays seasons like Christmas. Currently the Covid-19 outbreak is causing delays but you can track and trace where your item is with our courier USPS.

I placed an order, why haven’t I received a confirmation email?
All orders placed are issued with an automated email confirmation. Please do check your Spam/Junk folder in your email inbox. If your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received an email receipt in any of your email folders.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
Please don’t worry! We track all our shipments. Please email email@example.com and we will provide you the live status of your purchase.
Where do you ship my order from?
Our orders are carefully packaged and dispatched by our shipping team (either Mark or Glenn from our gallery in Tifton, Georgia.
Can I change my delivery address or order contents?
Of course! That is, if the order has not left the gallery. Just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org... better yet, ring us up at 229-396-4200 and we will be happy to accommodate you!
